What your hour actually looks like

10 to 15 minutes in the Finnish sauna until your shoulders drop and your breathing slows.
02Then the ice
A short, sharp plunge. Our team counts you through it and you will be smiling by the end.
03Repeat the loop
Two or three rounds of hot and cold. That alternation is where the real reset happens.
04Sit and come round
Finish with a shake in the lounge. Most people leave lighter than when they arrived.

What actually is contrast therapy?+
You move between our traditional Finnish sauna and our ice baths in cycles. The heat opens everything up, the cold snaps it back. That alternation is what leaves you feeling clear-headed, loose and properly reset.
I've never done an ice bath. Is that a problem?+
Not at all. Most people walk in for the first time on one of these packs. Our team talks you through timings and breathing, and you go at your own pace, and the sauna is there whenever you want to warm up.
How do I book my sessions?+
Straight after you buy, our team adds you to the booking system and sends you everything you need to book your times online.
How long do I have to use the credits?+
Credits must be used within 3 weeks of purchase, so it's best to book your first session in as soon as you get your details.
Can I bring a friend?+
These credits can't be shared with a guest. They're for your sessions only. If a friend wants to come, they can pick up their own pack.
What do I need to bring?+
Swimwear, a towel and a water bottle. That's it. Everything else is here waiting for you.
